Finally I could get my a** up! For two weeks now I am doing sports 5 times a week!
Swimming, running and lifting! I'm really proud and now my goal is to get my eating habits in the right way.
Because of all the sport I could eat whole pigs on toast... So hungry.
And I've talked to my weight-lifting-handsome-big-muscled-colleque and asked him about some tipps, techniques and so on.
The result: I've put on about 6 pounds, my arms and chest are slightly bigger and the "old" dress-shirts fit better around the mid-section.
Ok, ok... the weight COULD be a mix of my eating-habits (the amount) and the lifting.
But the fact is: I am highly motivated!
